TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE RENTAL AGREEMENT
1. The customer is responsible for the first 400€ damage to the vehicle.
2. The company and customer must inspect the vehicle before and after the rental to ensure that the vehicle is returned in the same condition.
3. In case of any incident (general fault, crash, accident) to the vehicle the customer must report to the company immediately. The vehicle must not be moved from the scene, if moved then the customer is liable for the damages.
4. The customer is responsible for any breaking of traffic laws.
5. Only the undersigned person on the contract is allowed to drive the vehicle. If anyone else drives, without the company’s consent, the customer will face a fine from the company and pay for any damages made to the vehicle.
6. Once the contract is signed it cannot be canceled, no money is refunded.
7. If the customer crashes into a wall then the customer is responsible for all damages made to the vehicle.
8. If the company receives reports that the customer is driving dangerously then the vehicle will be confiscated immediately with no refund. Everyoneś safety is taken into account and the customer must take responsibility.
9. If the vehicle is not returned at the time of agreement then the customer will be charged for an extra day.
10. If the customer loses the key they must pay 150 euros.
11. If the customer is under the influence of alcohol or drugs whilst driving the insurance will be null and void and they will be responsible for all damages.
12. Any damage made to the vehicle by driving dangerously, off-road, or motocross will be met by a fine from the company and all damages paid by the customer.
13. The vehicle must be treated respectfully ie no excess sand, rubbish, and no smoking. The vehicle must be returned in a clean condition otherwise the customer will face a fine of 150 euros.
14. If the vehicle is reported stolen the customer must be able to produce the key, otherwise, it will be deemed the liability of the customer to pay for a new vehicle.
15. The customer must bring back the vehicle with the same petrol as rented.
16. The vehicle must not be driven off the road ( motocross), any damages made to the underneath of the vehicle the customer is liable for the full cost.
MOTO: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE RENTAL AGREEMENT
1. Only the undersigned person of the contract is allowed to drive the vehicle. If anyone drives the vehicle without the company’s consent the customer will face a fine from the company and any damages made to the vehicle will be paid by the customer.
2. The customer is responsible for any breaking of the traffic laws.

4. The customer must wear a helmet by law any fines received by the police it is the customer’s responsibility.
5. The customer has a 40-kilometer breakdown service from the location he rented the vehicle, if the breakdown is more than 40 kilometers the customer must pay 150 euros for the service.
6. It is the responsibility of the customer to bring back the vehicle in the same condition as was rented. CLEAN.
7. Any damages made to the vehicle by dangerous driving, driving off-road, and motocross driving will be met by a fine from the company.
8. If the customer drinks alcohol they are responsible for any damages made to the vehicle and must pay the full price plus the days the vehicle cannot be rented out.
9. If the customer leaves the key on the vehicle and it is stolen then they are responsible to pay for the full price of the vehicle.
10. In case of accident, fault, crash, or general fault to the vehicle the customer must report to the company straight away and not move the vehicle from the scene of the accident, fault, or crash. If moved then the customer is liable for all damages.
11. If the customer crashes into a wall then they are responsible for all damages.
12. If the company gets reports that the customer is driving dangerously then the company will confiscate the vehicle straight away with no refund. Everyone’s safety is taken into account and the customer must take responsibility.
13. If the vehicle is not returned at the time of agreement then the customer will get charged for an extra day.
14. if the customer damages or losses the helmet they must pay for a new one 100 euros
15. If the customer losses the key they must pay for a new one 50 euros
16. In the unlikely scenario the motorbike you selected is not available on the day, the rental company may provide a motorbike of similar age, price and category. Addons/Extras are subject to availability.
PLEASE NOTE THE CUSTOMER MUST HAVE THE RIGHT DRIVING LICENSE FOR THE BOOKING MADE OR MAY FACE A FINE OFF THE COMPANY OF 200€
